Daniel and Tayler had a good ol country wedding at a gorgeous location located here in Hamilton County.

It was a warm - but beautiful - July day complete with lots of camo (yes even the wedding rings), boots, hay bales and lots of rustic charm! Can we just take a minute and take in that amazing cabin? It was the perfect setting for an outdoor country wedding!
My second shooter, Kris, and I arrived at the Wuebbel's home - where the girls were getting ready - about a quarter to 2. When we arrived, the bride was already dressed with her hair and make up done courtesy of her uncle. He did a wonderful job - her makeup was flawless! We decided we would head out to the cabin to take some pictures of the bride, her bridesmaids, and her immediate family.
The bride choose to wear her grandma's ring and a piece of her mother's dress pinned inside her dress - her something old! I love we brides incorporate sentimental pieces into their special day!
This location made for some excellent backgrounds! There was also a really cool old wagon Scott brought out too!
Showing off their boots! Isn't the flower girl the cutest!? I love her little dress and boots - she is such a doll! :)
One thing is for sure - Miss Tayler is very loved! :)
After bridal pictures, Tayler headed back to the house (it's just down the road) to cool off and stay hidden until the ceremony. Daniel had been instructed not to arrive too early - as traditional, she didn't want to see him before the ceremony. Once Daniel arrived we took some individual shots, pictures of him with his groomsmen as well as immediate family pictures.
I can't leave out the little guy and gal! These are a little out of order, but they looked so stinkin' cute! They both did awesome! :)
The ceremony started at 4:00. The bride waked down with her adopted dad (Bill) and her biological dad (Lloyd) which I think was so sweet! As you can tell, she lit up when she saw Daniel!
The ceremony took place in front of the cabin giving us a cool background and gorgeous lighting!
"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss your bride."
After the ceremony, the couple greeted their guests. Some headed on to the reception while others stood around and visited. We, on the other hand, took some family pictures and some wedding party pictures too! We were going to take some couple's pictures, but Tayler got a little overheated. In her defense it was July, they were outside and she had on a big, heavy dress. Her mom decided to run her home for a little bit and let her cool down. We decided we'd take some pictures around town later that afternoon instead! :)
Next we headed to the reception venue...
They had the most creative wedding cake - so cute and very fitting for these two!
After the meal and cake cutting came the bouquet/garter toss and dances.
After the formalities were over, I asked the couple if they would want to go uptown and take some pictures while we still had some good day light. They agreed and left their guests to visit. We took some shots around the McCoy Library - such a cool old building with lots of character - a beautiful background!
More beautiful pictures at the library!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. York!! Thank you for choosing Kate Ragan Photography to capture your special day! :)
